Join the vineyards of Swan Creek as each vineyard pairs one of its wines with a unique, local cheese.  Enjoy complimentary samples at each vineyard for a delicious way to spend your weekend.

Spring Herb Festival – April 5th – 7th

Visit each of the Vineyards of Swan Creek and sample a unique food made with each vineyard’s signature herb and paired with one of our wines, then take home a potted herb from each vineyard to cultivate at home!

Cost is $25+tax per ticket. One ticket is good for one herb, two samples of food, and two, one-ounce pours of the wine selected to be paired with the food sample. Tickets can be redeemed at any time during the weekend and are good for one visit to each vineyard.

From the Triad or the Triangle:

Go West on I-40 to Winston-Salem, go North on Hwy 421 towards      North Wilkesboro, Exit on #267 which is Windsor Road, turn left on   Windsor road and go 2.6 miles and the vineyard and tasting room in on the right.

From Charlotte:

Go North on I-77 towards Elkin, Merge onto Hwy 421 North via exit #73B towards North Wilkesboro, go to the next exit #267 which is Windsor Road turn Left on Windsor road and go 2.6 miles and the vineyard and  tasting room in on the right.

From Boone and the NC High Country:

Go south on Hwy 421 towards Winston-Salem, Exit on #267 which is Windsor Road turn Left on Windsor road and go 2.6 miles and the vineyard and  tasting room in on the right.
